Convenience store/supermarket

Core Scene Requirements:

Customer Self-Service Convenience: Easy to scoop with a shovel or spoon, not easy to spill.

Refrigerated Display Preservation: Used for packaging beverages, dairy products, and boxed meals, providing a low-temperature environment and preventing clumping that hinders retrieval.

Beverage Applicability: Meets customer needs for purchasing cup beverages (cola, iced coffee, etc.) with ice.

Economy and Efficiency: High ice-making efficiency and good storage space utilization.

Visually Refreshing: The ice in the freezer looks clean and plentiful.

**Recommended Ice Shapes and Reasons:**

First Choice: Cubed Ice

Reason: The most classic and versatile ice for convenience stores/supermarkets. Good fluidity, easy for customers to scoop themselves, and easy to pour into cups without splashing; good stacking, high storage and display efficiency; moderate melting speed, meeting the needs of adding ice to drinks; sufficient hardness, not easily crushed excessively during scooping. High cost performance.

Refrigerated Cabinet Preservation Supplement: Flake Ice

Reason: In fresh food counters requiring ultimate preservation effects (such as fine fruits and high-end sashimi pre-packaging), flake ice is the ideal choice due to its superior adhesion and uniform low temperature. However, cubed ice is sufficient for general beverage cabinets and boxed meal cabinets.

Second Choice/Specific Needs: Chewable Ice

Reason: If the convenience store focuses on Slushies or similar icy drinks, or if customers particularly prefer this texture, then chewable ice is needed.

Not Recommended: Crescent ice, large square ice, cylindrical ice (not conducive to efficient self-service and storage).
